Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories is the most highly anticipated album out of any genre right now. Don’t believe me? Yesterday, they literally shut iTunes down with their free steam. Turn on your radio and their lead single, “Get Lucky”featuring Pharrell Williams will likely be playing. And pretty much everything on mainstream radio sounds Daft Punk inspired, too. Random Access Memories is the long awaited album (8 years since their last LP) by this super French duo and it does not disappoint. It is one hour and 14 minutes chalked full of admirable guest features, superb hooks, and groovy beats. As of yesterday you can listen to it for free and pre-order but the official release date is May 21st.
