I appeared as one of three guest panelists on the Google+ Hangout “Making It Past The Internship” featured on Jay-Z’s Life + Times YouTube channel with industry panel: Shaheem Reid, Datwon Thomas, and Demetria Lucas.  These three industry insiders provided us with tips on how to break into the industry, how a female can navigate her way through a male dominated culture, when to ask for a promotion, and questioned why we should be selected as an intern.  The insight I received throughout the hour is unmatched and the experience is irreplaceable!
